Was time to replace mine and went to innovative. No pressure, great information and knowledge of the options and spa. Mike and Jack completed the sale and Ken worked out financing. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy new or upgrade yours. Lots more there besides spas as well.

I appreciate that he went above and beyond to kindly point out a way I could be taking better care of my pool cover. Most of all, he is an excellent communicator and the company is a pleasure to work with.
